There has been a recent change in board members of the International Downhill Federation. Last month board member, Tamara Prader, made the choice to step down from the board. The IDF was in need of another individual to fill the position and the current board took an anonymous vote to add Carl Sambrano as replacement.
Carl was one of the candidates for the 2017 elections and his passion for the sport and dedication towards the IDF made him a fitting choice for the current board’s decision. He is well known for his contributions in the Philippines as he has fostered a community of riders and hosted numerous sanctioned races on the World Cup circuit.
We thank Tamara for her hard work while serving on the board and are excited to have Carl working in more depth with the IDF.
