**DEADLINE EXTENSION**
We've extended the 2019 event call for submission to Friday, October 19th. If you are an event organizer and interested in IDF sanctioning and having your event on the world tour in 2019 please follow the event application HERE.
Submission deadlines will be as follows:
October 19 - Deadline for 2019 event submission (All races of South America Championship 2018 can submit until November 15)
October 31 - Deadline for 2019 event discussion
November 21 - IDF 2018 Race Schedule proposal to the organizers
December 1 - IDF 2019 Race Schedule release
December 31 - 50% Sanctioning fees payment deadline
Delivering a strong worldwide tour is one of our central goals each year and publishing the calendar as early as possible allows both riders and organizers to plan their upcoming year with ample time. This is an open invitation to organizers who are interested in the world cup circuit to reach out to us and submit their event for sanctioning.
The IDF is always available as a resource to event organizers as we share our in depth race knowledge and experience. The organization is built up of event organizers and racers who have years of cumulative event knowledge across different regions.
